| Here is the delema. I have a 3.5" plate 65" tall 100" long. I am cnc Milling both sides. I am required to use High speed end mills on all surfaces. no carbide whatsoever. Can anyone recomend surface footage and chip loads for this material. I am useing a 1.250" coarse tooth corn cob roughing mill. I am side milling 18MM. and the depth of cut is 12 MM. My current speeds are 200 RPM at 4 inches per minute. any help would be greatly appreciated. |
