Need Help lathe dont start.

Hi, my boss have buy a old cnc lathe Baxter Furure... and before the shipping the machine work good. My problem is when I power ON the machine the 2 axe LED on front pannel blink one after the other and the axe dont work. The cpu work good, I have acces to parameter menu and offset, program.... I have check all fuse and check all plug and all card for good connection. I start the cpu with e-stop and I have the ready LED ON on both axe drive and when I remove the e-stop I have the ready and power ready LED ON on both drive. And the air is plug. I dont know if a sequence of button is need to start or someting to do to start. The setector at HOME and I try X and Y joystick to homing axe and noting work I always have this 2 LED blinking.

If somebody have ideal I am happy to try it.

Thanks!
