Looking for Woodruff Cutter with Corner Radius

Trying to locate a off the shelf Woodruff Carbide cutter with a .03 or .05 radius on the corners. I really need it on the top edge.

Anybody know who sells these off the shelf? I looked at Rocket Supply, MSC, Mcmaster.
