Need Help!- Problems with manufacturing nitrnics 50

good evening all community I have problems with manufacturings of speller ring of nitronics 50, this part have out diameter of 11.974" and in diameter of 11.250" and width of 1.250", the part when I finish of manufacturig in CNC lathe mazak have oval both diameters by .007" plus and minus and I unkwon how control this problems somebody can help me, or say me what is the method more correct for resolve this problems, I hope that some member can help me, thanks.

Well I'll bite,First off what type of tools are you using? You need too use something with a tough grade for this type of stainless. Read this webpage for some more info.

use slower SFM and heavier feed rate possibly use a second tool for cleaning up both the id and od after roughing. Make sure your insert edge isnt breaking down too quickly,if it is slow your speeds down and use a larger radius insert.

What type of jaws are you using and how much chuck pressure?

What speeds are you currently using?
