What deburring methods have you used?

Pretty much what shawncnelson posted previously...the Orbitool at www.jwdone.com.

It will work on a machine, or manually, down to .047", and threaded holes are not a problem. The tools generally last 10-20,000 holes on steel, up to 100,000 holes on aluminum.
