| Pretty much what shawncnelson posted previously...the Orbitool at www.jwdone.com. It will work on a machine, or manually, down to .047", and threaded holes are not a problem. The tools generally last 10-20,000 holes on steel, up to 100,000 holes on aluminum. In the interest of full disclosure, I should admit that I AM associated with the company. I don't mean to be a solicitor...but your description of the problem is right up our alley. We are located in California. You can give us a call to discuss the tool/ application. |
