I just requested a quote for new bearings for this wonderful little lathe that I am using and they quoted me, 045-008 Rear Spindle Bearing $876.88 045-009 Front Spindle Bearing $942.12 Delivery would be approximately 1 week from receipt of an order. Shipping charges would be additional. For that much I can just buy a newer lathe and toss the old one or get another one and scuttle it for parts. Any one know of a place or a way to get bearings for this little clausing lathe? It really doesn't need them yet but it would help having them.  |
