Problem- Tapped hole .015 off

Can I plug this with an aluminum 4-40 screw. End Mill of the top and then move the .015 over and drill and tap that location?
Will this pull the plug out when I drill and tap it?
Or should this work?

Better solution would be to drill, ream and press plug in place. For extra holding power cut shallow radial grooves in the plug and use some super glue before pressing. This should give a very clean repair. The 4-40 screw will fail first.

Drill the hole out to #6 (where it was supposed to be) and put a helicoil in it?

thanks for the help guys.
they stick a circuit board in the part and at has open ends as opposed to just holes for the screw. so i don't have to fix them. program has been changed to right numbers and is running.
