Need help finding a tool.

I'm looking for a "Screw Size Combined Drill and Counterbore". I found them at McMaster-Carr (page 2421) but it looks like they only carry them for cap screws. I'm looking for one slightly larger for a standard pan head screw, (cap head screws are smaller).

Does anyone know where I can find these, thanks.

I need a "flat bottom" counter sink. Like this>

I'm looking to spot, drill and countersink all in one operation. I need to use a pan type head for my screws. I can not find a screw head that will fit using the combo drill/counterbore in the top picture. All of the wood working bits I've seen have a tapered countersink.

Do they even make what i'm looking for? It seems odd that they only make them for cap head screws...

If they don't put the machine head counter sink on a tool and cutter grinder and shape it to do the job you need. The relief angle on the second bore would be the only hard part

i can atleast comfort you by telling you they make/sell flat sinking drills and most toolshopsgot them in stock over here ,tough i must say that over here they call m some tricky name that i just can't seem to remember long enough , to not forget it again.

i'ld try calling some salesmen.

I assume you are looking for drilling/sinking tool as displayed in your first pic.
