I have a few questions i hope somebody can answer...Thanks

1) What is the most important thing when changing thrust bearings on a Ball screw?

2) After replacing a spindle on a machining center what are the items that must be checked?

3) After replacing a spindle on a lathe what items must be checked?

4) What sound does a bad ball screw make?

5) What sound does a bad thrust bearing make?

6) What should be checked after installing a new CNC machining center or lathe?

7)What is the first thing that should be checked when the machine has an electrical problem?

Wow, those sound like homework questions. I would suggest that you read your manufacturing and machine design text books. Or look at the notes from your class. It's probably too late, but you also might consider dropping the class.
