I received an order to manufacture tube sheet for Heat Exchangers to be made from 10mm thick stainless plates with 210 holes of 16mm dia in it. However after clamping the plate and drilling all the holes in the cnc milling machining and after removing the clamps, the plate is bending because of the stresses. Can you help me with a procedure to machine the plate and avoid this warpage and twisting of the plate. |

| 10mm tube sheet...i think that would b baffles of heat exchanger... In my workshop, we tack weld number of (say 6) plates and then drill holes...start center drill first and then gradually increase drill bit size upto required... finally machine the tack weld or circumference via lathe... |
