Identify centercutting endmills by looking at them?

Is there some way for me to determine which endmills are centercutting or not, just by looking at them?

non center cutting endmills usually have a center break or center hole in the end cutting edge, center cuttiing has a full flute cutting edge

Looking at a few known specimens now, and I see what you mean. Kewl, thanks!
That of course brings up a different question now -- at the end of the tool, there is a small semi-circle cut out on each cutting edge. Any idea what that is for?

Hi, Nachi has very good endmill with center cutting.

An endmill with center cutting should have this geometry

I'm actually referring to these semi-circular cuts. Now that you mention that, I think it really is the remnant (cutaway) of the flute grind.

That is the grind they put in to get the desired radial rake angle.
