| I am not sure if this is the correct forum. I have always been interested in how very small components are machined. Things like very small screws. I recall seeing somewhere that the brass nibs on Bic pens are machined at some phenominal rate of 400 per minute. With the progress of CNC , maybe the methods have changed. Anyone out there making small parts or know of methods used. curious WJF

| These may not be exactly small in the video but I found it interesting how ball bearings are made : Interesting how the balls are formed. Russell. |
