need a bandsaw

Guys, Im looking or a band saw that like this one at Harbor Fright. My problem is the harbor fright band saw is a 62 inch blade and I can only find bi metal blades that size. I have also been to Sears and Home Depot with no luck.

Any suggestions

www.suffolkmachinery.com is another option. Just give them a call and tell them what saw you have and what you're trying to cut and they'll do the rest. In my experience they tend to insist on being helpful.

Out of curiosity, what are you trying to cut? A jigsaw would be a better option (and less expensive in the blade department). I would not anticipate doing a lot of resawing with this three-wheeler.

I plan to cut up to 3/8" aluminum

If the cuts are straight, just use a table saw with carbide blade. I do it all the time and have cut up to 3/4 inch plate with no problems.

Most of the cuts will be straight but I need to do round corners
