SMC LMC200 mister problem

I bought this item on Ebay. It seems to be new, it lists for around $700 if bought from a dealer. However, it came with no documentation. All I can get it to do is blow solid coolant, no misting at all. Does anyone out there have any information on this unit? I would really like to use it.
