Hi All, I am looking for suppliers for small quantities (i.e. 1-3 feet) of W1 drill rod and assorted bits of 12L14 steel in the Boston/Rte. 128 area. I know I can get it from Online Metals but was wondering if anyone knows of a supplier that does cash and carry somewhere within reasonable driving distance of Boston. I am already a regular at Admiral Metals in Woburn but they do not carry much in the way of steel.    |

| Yarde Metals is good - they deliver for free or you can go to any of their multiple locations and pick it up. I got some relatively hard to find piece of 303 stainless there. They also have offcuts and drops on their website for relatively cheap. Admiral is good... onlinemetalsupply.com is good and cheap (may cover ship cost with the price difference) |
