Milling insert ID desperately needed!

Hi fellas, I need a hand finding out what insert i need.

I found a very nice indexable milling cutter that was crashed at some point but now repaired. unfortunately all markings/etchings of any kind were grit blasted off during its repair and now refinished. i have no clue as to the maker of the cutter.
Here's what I do know....

Cutter has a 7/8" shank with a 1" cutting head. OAL is 3.75"

3 inserts that appear to be an APKT type insert or simliar.

The insert has a thru hole of .130" and is countersunk for the retaining screw. the top of the countersunk hole in the insert has a .180" counterbore for the retaining screw head. the retaining screw uses a T9 torx wrench to tighten the insert into the pocket.
.
The width or IC of the insert is .3125"
the length is .520"
thickness is .150"
the insert has a positive rake of about 15deg. and a chip breaker in the face.

Anyone have a comprehensive technical book or link to a webpage that shows this insert so i can put it back into good use?? I'd hate to have to trash it just because of lack of inserts.

Any help appreciated!!....Thanks.

Page 404 and 405 for T&O's Iscar copy

The Travers master catalog is a good one to have a paper copy of, lots of info.

Try Korloy inserts.
Look like regular uncoated positive rake for steel etc.
I've got lots of these from Korloy
