Hi, i am working on a project where i am going to need to put a fan blade. what machine would you guys use to do so. here is the next week or so i plan to build/buy a cnc mill is there a way to do it with that? thanks Mike |

| Well, let's do a reality check....why do you want to cut fan blades.....are they cast? If not then you'd be better off cutting flat stock and forming it....but then again....there are so many professionally made fan blades available on ebay. |

| Wood or metal blades? Make your own blades or engrave already made blades? I worked at a place that made metal fans for other companies (we even put their stickers on them) who sell industrial fans. They cut and formed the blades with cut/forming dies.
