Oil-Mist / Minimum Lubrication

Hi
we use oil mist for engraving and milling with electronic high speed heads >40k rpm.

is there a product anywhere that monitors/checks the flow of oil per eg litre of air?

its normal of course to check your suds with a refractometer, but how do you control oil-mist??
(am currently just using a 'yeah-that-looks-about-right' technique!!)
