I have a machine shop in Rochester Hills, Michigan near M-59 and Crooks Rd. I do not use all the space I have and am looking for someone who needs space for storage or to work on their projects. This would be ideal for an engineer type who needs a place to develop their ideas or do work they can't do at home. For a responsible, skilled person , I would offer access to a modern Bridgeport style mill with digital readouts, horizontal metal bandsaw, forklift, workbenches, hand tools and possibly even a box way 40 taper CNC machining center. The shop has a 10' x 12' high bay door and available office space as well. Email with any questions. |
