Several things we need to know: How much per side do you need to take off? What geometry insert would you like to use, i.e. CNMG, WNMG, etc. You will need a ground, sharp edge, and a tight chipbreaker. 304 is hard to break, you will need to feed it hard. Go with a cermet or "wiper" insert to finish. |

| Mitsubishi makes a real nice insert that is great on stainless, it is a cnmg432 us 7025.Runs fast speeds and really aggressive feeds for roughing but also great for finishing. If all else fails there is always emery cloth. |
