    Question Electro Erosion Wire Cutting

    I currently got a job as a machinist on a fairly old wire cutting machine and i'm also a beginer in this domain so i'm working/learning Problem is that i can't find a simple straight on .dxf to .iso converter software till i learn to write the code on my own (btw i'm designing in AutoCAD) ... can anyone help?

    i found Kipware for wire EDM and EspritW ... anyone knows if theyre any good? kinda expensive though...

    Electro Wire Erosion

    Hi,

    This may be controversial but BobCadCam has a product called Bobwire specifically for wire EDM work.

    Thanks for reply ErnieD i'll try it ... problem is that the designer makes the drawings in Acad ... but i think i will de able to tranfer them, redraw or something
