Reprints of Machinist's Workshop avilability?

I was looking on Amazon and found the Machinist's Workshop and the photo was the Aug/Sept 2002 issue. I haven't yet subscribed to the magazine but was wondering if anyone knew about getting reprints. It seems that issue featured a fly tying vise, a personal project I've wanted to tackle for awhile and I'd love to get my hands on the prints. If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.
