Hello, I was wondering if you can use a tapmatic NCR0A tapping head in a standard drill press. I don't have a user manual and there is no info on Tapmatic.com on older units. Tap capacity is 1/4" Max RPM 3000 I think this unit is for a cnc that has spindle speed control which I don't have. I have to tap a bunch of holes and would like to be able to use my floor standing drill press to do this. Or do I sell this on ebay and find a manual tapping head like the 30X series. Any info or user manual would be appreciated. Thanks Jim |
