So I have to machine several pieces of grade G7 garolite, to make a fixture. This stuff seems pretty nasty, at least when I first hit it with a drill. Are there any guidelines I should follow while milling this stuff? |

| Use carbide endmills and have a vacuum running to remove chips. G7 machines very easy compared to G11! Be sure to check endmill from time to time and keep it sharp. The Glass tends to round edges after continous use. Do not have the RPM's very high, use Steel type settings. Paul |
