Hey guys does anyone have a software or one of thoose lists with milling speed acording to tool cuts and diam.,rpm, depth, material and speed? Like i have seen some of thoose but they seems to work just with 1/4 plus diameters, because im having problems milling with tools less then 1/8 diameter... i follow the suggestable speeds but the mills are breaking to fast... Well... thats it if someone god a trustable program or chart tell me i need one... Thanks  |

| http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/5/...calculator.rar this is one i ve been working on it s not finished by any means but it may help , the speeds and feeds are fairly conservative , you can up the chip load if you want you'll need microsofts net frameworks in order for the software to work , it can be downloaded at their website for free |
