It's a needle roller bearing, silly.
Does it have any identifiying numbers? I work at a bearing manufacturer and can cross-reference most.
ok so i found this bearing while cleaning out my shop and i have not the slightest clue what type of bearing it is, but it seems interesting in its design and i want to know where can i get some more if anyone knows the type of course.
any help would be appriciated.
thanks

Yes, it is a needle bearing.
Needle bearings used in finger follower rocker arms tend to be custom made, application specific. Why? Because the follower OD is usually custom sized so as to generate the desired valve motion with the particular rocker arm geometry of that particular engine.
Moreover, since the bearing is ourter ring rotation, special geometries are also probably being used to make the outer ring track properly while also not skidding or trying to skew at high speeds. There is also probably some self alignment features incorporated into needle bearing rollers used in finger follower rocker arms.
Don't plan on finding these on the shelf in you local bearing store.... or for that matter even at the dealer - they are typically NOT a serviced item outside of buying the WHOLE rocker arm....
