I have a Fanuc OT control on a lathe,I am having a problem with the communication..I can send the programs fine but when I try to recieve .It blinks "LSK". The computer thinks that it has taken it fine,but the machine did not take the program.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.......    |

| This may sound like a dumb question but have you ever successfully sent a program on that control before? |

| "LSK" means the comport is open and waiting on a program. The program must contain a % (percent) sign at the beginning followed in the next line by the four digit program number, preceeded with either a letter "O" or a ":" (colon) depending on a parameter. Try sending a program to the PC and then sending it back to the Fanuc unchanged. What software are you using on the PC? |
