Fanuc OT communication problem

I have a Fanuc OT control on a lathe,I am having a problem with the communication..I can send the programs fine but when I try to recieve .It blinks "LSK".
The computer thinks that it has taken it fine,but the machine did not take the program..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.......

This may sound like a dumb question but have you ever successfully sent a program on that control before?

Yes,I was sending fine a few days ago.

"LSK" means the comport is open and waiting on a program. The program must contain a % (percent) sign at the beginning followed in the next line by the four digit program number, preceeded with either a letter "O" or a ":" (colon) depending on a parameter. Try sending a program to the PC and then sending it back to the Fanuc unchanged. What software are you using on the PC?

Thanks,it sends fine,it is just recieving it that is the problem..the machine output might be bad on the machine..I am having it check out..thanks again.
