Hello, I have a few questions. First, I need a plate with a groove and holes in the groove for screws. It needs to be 1.0 thick 16.250 in diameter with the groove starting at 16.000 and ending at 14.875 The groove is 0.250 deep. The screw holes are evenly spaced and should number 8. The bottom of the plate needs to have a recess so the screw heads are flush. I am thinking aluminum is the best choice so what method should be used to produce it? Second question is what "roughly" should it cost to machine it? Cheers, Jeff |

Hi Jeff, how many such plates you need? As informed by other member in this link, a drawing would be much preferable, What tolerances in dimensions are you looking for? The cost would be proportionate to the tolerance levels you are asking for. pls check in www.custompartsonline.com for more specific costs. Thanks
