small tapered slots

I have to m/c appox. 50 small slots with a .010 taper on the sides the slots are only .065 to .085 wide and .250 long. Any ideas on the best way to m/c these .We have thougth of may be sparking or wire cutting ? Any other ideas would be good

I forgot to say the mat. is s/s304 and .186 thick

Well if you mill them you will have to use an endmill that is about .02 smaller than the slot its self make your first cut them come back and taper each side the desired amount

Depending on how long the slots are Wire EDM is the best way to do this. 304SS will work harden if an end mill dulls too much in the cut. If it is short you could have these Laser cut too.
