Im runing several jobs right now made out of delrin. Ive been haveing trouble keeping the parts flat when maching them. They tend to want to suck up or warp. It was sugested that i freeze the part before maching. What are you thoughts and suggestions? |

| Moniter your clamping pressure with a torque wrench so that once you figure out what it will take to keep them stable, you will have consistancy every time.
