Moniter your clamping pressure with a torque wrench so that once you figure out what it will take to keep them stable, you will have consistancy every time.
Im runing several jobs right now made out of delrin. Ive been haveing trouble keeping the parts flat when maching them. They tend to want to suck up or warp. It was sugested that i freeze the part before maching. What are you thoughts and suggestions?

Have you treied roughing them out then stress relieving them?
What shape is the stock; flat, round, ?? How are you holding it? Some pictures would be useful.
They are flat plates, about 12 x 12 x 1. When i try to square up the part they seem to warp almost becoming u shaped.
I do not have the time to have them stress releaved.
Are they going to be 12X12X1 when they are complete or before you start? what are you using to cut them?
