Is there anyone using this software on the shop floor? I found out that you can edit the material database using excel to better fit your specific needs. I am attaching the file for you to view ... as a collective effort we could make this a great tool. When exporting the file export as a coma separated file ... not you need to remove the first line as I added that for explanation purposes only. Note the file Material.txt is the origonal coma seperated file and the Material.xls it the file with the header row added. Does anyone know what the second from the last column is? ... machinability factor ... it must be a multiplier of some sort?  |
