Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes: The company I work for builds electrical distribution boxes. Of course, we use alot of flanged electrical receptacles. They usually consist of a square pattern for the mounting holes and one larger hole in the center for the actual receptacle inlet\outlet. Normally a box would only have a few receptacles so drilling each hole (drilling or punching with a Greenlee driver for the center holes) isn't that time consuming. But I was watching the guys build a box with 30 receptacles. What I was wondering is there any commerically available multi-drill jig or a way to build one to take this operation from 5 steps to just 2? Thanks Frank EE Undergrad Engineering Intern |
