There is a geometry page that is numbered from 1-64
Which Height Offset are you using G43 or G44?
Z0 is usually set from the highest point on a part. To set this up using G43 you would use the Handle to bring down the Z Axis to the Top of your Part and Input your Machine Position Numbers on the Geometry Page. This page is found by hitting the Offset Settings button.
Touch all your tools in the same manor. Save Offsets 31-64 for Radial Cutter Compensation G41/G42

T3 Offset 3 =H3
