What cutting tools are you mostly using. In norway is Sandvik and Seco some of the biggest. I have run very good results width Sandvik R210 plungemill. I did a job 15-20 minutes shorter than i did width Seco and Iscar. Do you have a favorite tool? Si plunge milling popular in your workshop? |

| Plunge milling is as good as the design of your spindle. I don't have an opinion for or against the process, just be aware of the machine tool. I have had success with all brands of tooling. It comes down to the deal a sales person can give you. I say play the sales person for the best deal. |
