Looking for a free speed feed finder

hey guys, doin this very long project that needs the determination of alot of cutting speeds in feet/min and alot of feed determinations in inches/turn. I'm not looking for a programm that will calculate the rpm's and feeds for me, I am looking for one that will give me initial values after I give him the specs of my operations, like tool type ( drill, endmill, etc...), tool diamter, type of operation (i.e.: milling, turning,etc...) , tool material ( carbide or hss) and material to machine (i.e.: aluminium, cast, etc...). thanks guys!
