Hi ,I am new to the forums... I am working on cnc hobbing machine (LC 150) Leibheer and the major defects that i came across are DFCE excess(Double Flank Composite Error ie0.045Microns Max) , Face/Lug Dents and step at root . My Question is - Is there any solution in order to decrease or eliminate the defects that occurs in CNC hobbing machine while manufacturing Gear ? | Thx for ur help Karl..i tried that url and have mailed abt my problem to them ..let see if i get any reply from them ..But can u please tell me why do such kinds of defects occurs and what changes can be made into the machine? |
