Is it mill or Radius? Program with 0 radius is the easy way to go and use G41 or G42 depend on vector, but milling is kind of tricky to program for a pocket.
For Lathe, program just like what you see on the print, and under Tool Wear offset put whatever the physical tool nose radius and make sure the tool direction is correct.
For Mill, same way as above, but make sure you give the Lead in and Lead out enough room to compensate. The pocket milling it is harder to work with since you only have limit of room to compensate, a lot of case it will rude the piece.
