    Utility blades

Anyone out there have a way to machine, grind or whatever, a standard utility blade? The print calls for the blade to be rectangular,so that means machining off the corners. EDM is not an option. The quantity is 100 pcs. Thanks.

Thanks, but they need the standard utility blade shape made into a rectangle 30mm wide,so no angles on corners. I appreciate the response and will send the link to purchasing.

Have a fixture made to hold the blade/s on a magnetic chuck for surface grinding. Grind one end and then flip the part over.
