I have a Haas VF-1, and need to make some 'wheels' with a round grove around the periphery. A lathe would be perfect, but sadly, I don't have one to play with. The groove can really be any size/shape. It could just have flat walls, or rounded walls. Anything like a ballnose, but with just the ballnose, and a smaller shank up the rest of the tool? Or a indexable champer tool, but with the indexable bits straight out to the side, instead of on an angle? Thanks! |

| Loading, Is it a Lollipop Mill that you are looking for. I've seen them at an aerospace shop that I worked at for a bit. I believe that these particualr tools were custom ground form tools, or the MAY have been from OSG. All of the tools came with a program from the companies Belgian Parent company. It's been over half a year, so the details are a bit blurry.
