What's a good facemill to get?

Hi, We've got a new VF-1 and we are looking for a facemill. We mill mostly 6061 and mild steel. I'd like something fairly affordable, and with easy to get inserts. (I guess I also need a shell mill holder)

Could everyone make some suggestions?

PS. We also need about 3 drill chucks. Any suggestions for those?

For aluminum on low HP and low rigidity machines,.... I highly recommend the Shear Hog from AB Tools. Kicks a$$, a number of cutting diameters to chose from, and works even better when you do have some HP and speed...
