| The material that I used was Polycarbonate(lexan) 2 sided hardcoated mirror. It was scrap that I had left over from a previous cut job. I did end up glueing the feathers on. The bit that I cut this with was a few thousandths to big so the pieces didn't fit real tight. I also cut the Raptor the same day. It was 8' from head to tail. I sat it outside the shop the next day and a guy driveing by stopped and bought it before I could get pictures. His offer was just tooo good to pass up. Thanks for all your responses. |
