I am looking for a 3/8 shank facing solution, can anyone recommend something that has worked very well for them?

Not sure what you're asking for. Are you looking for some kind of a facemill with a 3/8 shank?

Acceptable cut diameter, spindle speed, and material would help a lot in answering. Machine type too, come to think about it. Wouldn't want to swing a balanced fly cutter in a router spindle on a mdf and pipe machine, for instance.

Heh, yeah face mill with a 3/8 shank.

Im running a taig mill with the stock 1/4 hp motor. Cut diameter some where over 3/8, 1100-10000 rpm, aluminum.
