Can I drill AISI 1020 plate steel with a drill bit?

Is this just like a normal steel. It is easy to put a drill bit through with a power drill. Is is expensive steel?

    Cheers

Yup its a low carbon steel, 0.20% carbon. According to a machinability chart it has a 72% machinibilty rating compared to 1212 steel.

From what I have done its really easy to work with, and relatively cheap i believe.
