Post Measuring FTT and OEE in CNC Shop

Not sure if this is any interest to you folks, but this is a program I have been working on at work to measure the FTT (First Time Through) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in our CNC work cells. The managers use this program to track the work flow through out the factory on a daily basis. It is a two part program that uses a data editor to store information on an SQL server. Shown is the charting program. It is written in Borland Delphi.

    OEE

How do you get the OEE information out of the CNC machines?

I have been doing some research and the CNC controllers do not seem to support exporting anything but the CNC programs themselves.

Some will, but only newer high end stuff like Mori/Okuma. Spektrum Cnc does have some stuff for this.
