I think my Lab may be located in an annomolus temporal time warp zone- Every day, the last hour of the day takes like two hours to pass. I've noticed this on several occasions and suspect a rogue mini black hole in the Z Slide. Is there anyway to disperse this reverse time warp?

| If you are indeed situated in or near such a region surely you can use it to invert your day and work the last hour first. This may help with the manner in which time apparently passes (comes or goes or something). Although then of course your first hour is last. Perhaps you could fold your day and meet yourself coming or going around noon time; this way you could have two first hours, two hours just before lunch and no last hours. | Many thanks for your most insightful reply. More info: I dismantled the Z slide and could not locate any micro black holes. HOWEVER, I noticed that whenever I go to sleep at night my alarm says 8 hour projected sleep and I seem to only get about an hour! so I think that's where the extra time is going. Perhaps the anomoly is associated with my calculator which I take home *peers at calculator and sidles up with a screwdriver* Also- there are a lot of people in the factory next door who are a bit dense- perhaps they are warping the space/ time fabric of space?

| My problem is that I really start to get working by the end of the day. So I don't want to go home, I stay too late and get tired. Then the next morning, I'm still tired and don't get any work done in the morning. Then I stay late and get more tired. My wife is starting to think I have a girlfriend. I remember the feeling of wanting the day to be over, but not very well :0 There was a "far side" cartoon about the effect of a black hole spontaneously appearing on your desk. Even a very small black hole would attract dust and pieces of paper. I think there is one on my desk, but there's so much stuff on there the safety guy complained to my boss. |

| I believe the problem exists in more than just your locale. I have been experiencing a similar phenomenon here in Virginia. Scott

| Going always seems to take longer. You're right, Goeff. Wonder if this is the same on the other side of the pond - - Iman?? Scott

| I wonder if these black holes have a sense of humor? The temporal warp at my shop seems to rob me of a few hours a day and save them for the day that everything is going wrong! Or maybe its just a conspiracy with Murphy and father time! That’s got to be it! It’s always a conspiracy isn't it?

You are brilliant!!!! Symmetry IS preserved and time is conserved after all. I never could figure out where the transfer was from and to and had never made the bad day connection. |
