Identify dividinghead

Hi folks,
Need help to identify this dividinghead that I recently got. I am told it could be 'Elliot' but I cannot find any information on the web.

This one has 5C collets, any tips of its origin would be appreciated.

Don't recognize it, not familiar with Elliott...but....

Looks to me like it's for a tool & cutter grinder.

That is probably correct as there is one toolholder 5C with MT3 to square lathe tool HSS bits holder.
