Johnford lathe fanuc oi control would like to set lathe so turret will only index at home position also any info on setting machine to keep clear of tail stock and or chuck jaws if anyone has set parameters that could alter turret
to only index at home the chuck jaws are fairly standard and could change a z limit ? but any ideas on staying clear of tail stock may be helpful machine has x axis no y axis and c rotation I do not have a lot of clearance when using tailstock and operators keep knocking turret out
