    magnetized steel chips clogging cut

I have a piece of steel that was somehow magnitized and now the chips are clogging up the cutting process. I know you may suggest demagnitization but it gets magnized again, I suppose from being nearby magnetic tools.

What do you do in this instance?

Air blast or coolant blast will force the chips out.

    De-magnetize it.
