    Odd Thread size

    We need help to identify a thread with the following data:

    - Major dia. 0.374"
    - Pitch dia. 0.365"
    - Minor dia. 0.356"
    - Pitch 0.03099"
    - Pressure angle 45degree
    - Helix angle 1@32'54"

    Does anybody know what thread this is or where I can look it up?

    Sounds almost like a weird buttress thread for an instrument?

    Looked at it under a comparator? Checked that it's not multiple lead?

    it is for a insulin device.

    checked it with a comparator. no multiple leads

    One standard medical thread is 1/8 NPT and it is real close to the specs. you gave.
