Hello Forum Members,
I have a Techno-Isel Table Top router, I use it for cutting patterns in Ren Tooling board. When I cut flat areas I get lots of swirl tool marks. Not sure where to begin to locate problem. Could spindle and/or table be out of alignment? Machine vibration? Fixturing?
The machine has a variable 3HP 6-18K spindle, ball screws and servo motors. I use quality tooling.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
